1 run yes that's what the manufacturing tab calculates at, but that's easy enough to get around and personally I prefer knowing that with decryptor 1 has 633 522 ISK profit per run and with decryptor 2 I have 788 966 profit per run as it means I don't have to fetch out a calculator to work out if I get more profit from 1 BPC with 9 runs or 3 with 3 each

Dont know how did you set base runs for invented BPC but it always stay at "1" It would be awesome if I set decryptor and it will automaticly set runs to max.
My problem is that "1" run is fine, but when I manualy set "max" runs for one T2 BPC it will use material costs for "1" and profit for "max" so I get 500M profit 
Example:
"4x1" BPCxRUNS => no savings
"1x4" BPCxRUNS => best savings, but bad ammounts in IPH
