Holy crap, I just went an looked at your killboard and noticed you guys count capsules, shuttles, and rookie ships as kills. In fact, those kills constitute the majority of your kills.
Your win/loss ration for other ships, like command ships for example, is break-even.

And your point is? We have never stated that we don't include pods etc in our kills, in fact we post every lose or kill mail we get. The mechanics of the kill boards mean that all kills get listed. The client has to see all the work we do, it is he that is posting about number of kills on this derailed thread. However you are very selective in your choice of ship type to high light a break even ratio, maybe you should choose a different one and see what the result is.
As REPO has stated many times on many threads, the kill boards are merely a tool used to show clients what we achieve for the isk they pay us.
I would now like to get this thread back on track, please mail me with any contract requests in game.

You're absolutely right. That's why you'll never see me bragging about the number of total kills displayed by griefwatch. That number doesn't filter out the shuttles and rookie ships.
Pods are another story. It's hard to assign a value to pods b/c there's currently no way of identifying a pod of a 40 mil SP pilot with 1 bil of implants vs. a pod of a 1 week old noob. It is also hard to determine the value of podding a person such that their clone is 30+ jumps away. So for now I'm okay with including pods kills as part of our significant kill count.

Edit: I should note that REPO does go out of their way in killing pods. The reasoning for this is that in an empire war the odds are much greater that some pilot is fitting implants than if they were operating in 0.0. So for us it makes good business to actively hunt after pods where we can either ransom them to pad our wallets or destroy the pod and all the high value implants with it.
Pod kills are important, in fact one war we were in ended when we got podded the ceo of the opposing corp in his second best clone.
And as a client, seeing shuttle and noob ship kills gives me information on that pilots resources in the area he was killed in. When I hire mercs, I pay on a per kill basis, and it helps me see how they are doing if I see ALL the kills, even if I don't have to pay for some of them (or only pay a nominal fee).
Repo is a good corp, I have never been unhappy with the service they have provided.

I've flown with them previously, and they are truely highly efficient and effective.
If I wasn't happy where I am, I'd certainly be trying to get into the ranks of Repo.

If you read the post you'd see we did it to get extra war slots so we can do more work.
Also the allaince is named REPO simply because that is who we are, we are not having any other corps join just us as normal with more slots to used to pew pew

This is what REPO are like.
CiC/Freelancing first met them about 14 months ago, when they wardecked us. For us, a group of Carebears growing our first set of teeth it was one of the best experiences we had in game.
Don't get me wrong, it was a damned hard war, no quarter asked or given by either side. However it was a respectfull war, no smaktalk, and even some very civil chats in local as the battle went on.
As a result our two groups became very friendly for awhile and we fought besides them on more then one occasion during the PA wars. The onlt reason I won't be hiring them again is because everytime I have done, something goes **** up in real life which means I have to put Eve on the back boiler for a few weeks/month . It's all your fault Aslovi!
As either foe or friend REPO are some of the best guys in the game. If it wasn't for REPO we might well still be an Empire Carebear Corp, and not the 0.0 Corp it is now, doing its bit to defend the space we call home and all
