Well seeing as I haven't responded to this thread I might aswell :)
I think the truce is abit overcalculated and perhaps more meant as a joke (read: it's a joke).
Notr are generally fun to fight against, station and pos hugging is never fun, anyone who claims that is just stupid.
But I enjoy seeing notr and Legion gangs engaging in numbers in y9g, often rather silly engagements but it's all fun.
Sometimes, you guys do say "BLOB" abt too much, but that 's not to be held against you, we know you don't really mean that 7vs5 +whatever might lurk in the station can be a blob.
Today we had some interesting pvp experiences and alot of baiting back and forth between the station, gates, safespots being busted (ouch, my loss) carrier sitting outside station plucking boogers, snipers sitting outside station plucking away at the carrier without it really noticing.
So in all reality I feel we can say that y9g offers a wide variety of pvp activities and should anyone require assistance, our sports directors are ready to show you the moves :)
If our killboards does not accurately reflect the situation, we can only apologize for that (nothing else to apologize over) and work to insuring the attainment of correction.
After all, killboards are the epeen that just keeps giving.
On a personal note, I feel that the above post is barely worthy of Caod, hence I gotta add some slander and name calling.
I will blot it out and leave it to your imagination, that way you will punish yourself more than I could ever hope to do.

But to correct mr Steph Wing, every time bruce comes into system that's us undocking from station so we can fight you, not hugging the station. We're afk alot but when you come around we yell at people to wake them up and we come out so we can fight ya, but usually you take off too quickly :(

Undocking and remaining on station so that you can deagress and redock when you start taking damage is, in fact, station-hugging.

Woah.. NoTR had a change of policy ? Maybe we will go to TA a little more often now. I thought it was more like, you gank 1 Bruce pilot in a 15 on 1, and you fly around beating your chest about how leet you are, but when we come in local with superior numbers you decide to dock and smacktalk/laugh at us/run to the CAOD/cry about our blobbing/tell us how much fun you have being docked.

Actually it is exactly opposite. Every time you don't have 2-1 numbers you either die horribly o run and hide at your pos. And then fill local with 50 people to fight our 10 and be all brave and cool about it. And then wonder how come we won't undock. Truth to be told - bruce suck at pvp and going to get murdered by anything that can bring even remotely close numbers. So ugh... go cloak somewhere in a stabbed ceptor like you love to please.

Sup edbert, good to see you still around. You and bry haven't had to pop any more alliance mates from lack of targets lately have ya? Those were good times. To bad fried had to go all PR on you guys and make you issue that apology and stuff. Whats he expect when he takes away all your targets all the time? Oh well, I know its rough scrounging for kills :( Oh and good luck with the cat herding :)

Awesome! So hold on... us and the stellar legion are pets?! WOOT! Though I never thought that Tenth Legion ever called on Bruce to back us up. When you were in OSS we fought you guys square and fair. We beat you in some battles and you beat us in some battles. Hence why it will be interesting to see where this goes. The most we ever fought you was in our syndicate incursions. Now since we are in a full scale war it will be interesting to see. Good luck NOTR and see you on the battlefield.
