Same here. Funny part is it happens only with account I tried to login on sisi. I enter login and password, press connect and after that client downloads bulk data and other sfuff but it never gets to character selection screen. It just does nothing. It even does not freeze up. It just stays as if I did not press anything.
I've also tried to delete all eve data from my comp. But when I reinstall eve all my settings are back, I have all my accounts names already entered, I have resolution and other settings already entered too. (I can check them via other accounts that are still loading.
Where the hell CCP have hidden the setting folder. Please help. I really not in a mood to reinstall Windows because of eve. -_-

On your shortcut to Sisi EVE make sure you have the /end and /LUA:OFF in the shortcut as per the below one. It will stop the TQ and Sisi settings from being mixed together.
"F:\eveonline\Braaage - Copy\eve.exe" /end /server:87.237.38.50 /LUA:OFF -- eve-guides.com Includes all about POSs, outposts, tech II production, item database and much much more. |

I installed SISI on a separate disk partition - it's about the only way to avoid this problem.
To fix the problem initially, I deleted my cache completely and then un/re-installed the Eve client from scratch - very annoying.
