Young nubs in local that night tried to play on the fact that we are an "informal" alliance, for those old enough to remember pre BoB times alliances colonized space a long time before the concord sanction alliance was possible.
Being in an alliance is about sharing goals and working together to achieve more than you would alone, its not just about a common chat channel, and a billion ISK sink.
CAG's "informal" alliance is still and alliance as much as BoB or who ever (although much newer and smaller in scope atm) we just haven't decided when/if to burn that billion.

Not just can flippers who think they are the elite of Eve and think that all those who don't play as they play are carebears and food.

Maybe the OP got a mail from a buddy who had copied some local chat... which is what it looks like to me, as if you look at what is inside the quotes, it's not all just a copy of local chat.

The basic problem with this is that you've opened your mouth with absolutely no way to back it up. You're vastly outnumbered, and by people who enjoy just this sort of thing. Not to mention that now that it's been posted here there will be a decent migration of individuals from other areas who would love nothing more than to shove these words right down your throat. Hey RAK! I know you guys want a piece of this! My money says this "alliance" lasts less than 2 weeks. You made the statement... Now it's time to back it up. HaHaaa... I missed the part about us treating new characters like food. That's funny, but you know how it goes. Eat or be eaten.

Anyway I think there is nothing more to say except we (CAG) are having fun fighting Clan Eshin, some of their pilots are very good and have the ability to play the bad guy but be a good player too (ie the ability to have a good convo after)

And Whilst I appreciate that the general Eve community has been filled with WoW refugees and all the emotional baggage that goes with that, but surely you can grasp the simple meaning of the following

It was not a epeen message, I leave that crap to the bakewell tarts or fluffymuffins or whatever they are called.
It was a naff attmept to get the Eshin pilots to undock, admittedly fuel by beer and frustration at a corp of mostly dockers.

Please note the lack anti pirate content of my announcement in local chat. Leading me to further believe that all this is simply a ploy of alts trying to drum up support for the flagging Eshin corp who have simply bitten off more than they can chew.
One day they are can flipping some new miner/indy corp, then they take it on themselves to war dec the new corp in an attempt at ransoming them after a few choice kills.
Instead they find out that the seeming weak new corp not only has teeth, but also bigger friends, with bigger teeth.
Note: For those academically interested I based my words on the Clans "Batchall" from the battletech universe, I didn't go into force strength for tactical reasons, i.e. I was drunk as a monkey. It was supposed to goad the enemy (Clan Eshin) out of their docks to fight us.
It didn't work, so now they move onto the forum war phase of their strategy.

Well with 6 total kills/losses I'm not sure why you even mentioned us beyond the fact that you were really streching to gain a reputation. That was the main concern I was trying to convey with that post. So the "some successes" might be more fitting phrased "little successes (aka. 33.66%)".

Yes, your own ill-constructed defense is going just as poorly as I could have hoped. Your right! What else is funny is that the Steel Ravens Have shut up and not said anything. I think they realized that they can't win. I've yet to see them set outside of their security blanket and head to low sec...

Eshin pilots can swapped Immortal Cats miners a few times, we got a bunch of smack in local and the Cats lost a couple of ships, also our CEO recieved a smack talk threat from the Cats CEO about a multi corp dec against us.
Several weeks later Steel Ravens are 'contracted' (i.e. paid) by the Cats to war dec Eshin (the Cats have confirmed this) which lasts a week (we are told the Cats can't afford a second week)
In order to properly 'thank' the Cats we declare war on them when the Ravens war ends. The Ravens war dec Eshin ~10 mins later (the Ravens are not charging the Cats this time - as confirmed by the Cats)
I will add that I do find it amusingly hypocritical of you (or one of your 'alliance' corps) to now hire Sicarri to dec us as you've decided to drop the war to concentrate on RAK & HIWAY (I don't blame Sicarri, I'd have taken your money too)
Unfortunately we are unable to capitulate to Sicarri's demands as we don't have a mining foreman to behead 
I'll refrain from commenting further as nothing good can/will come from this.

wooo someone challanged the allmighty highsec pirates? I wish you the best of luck ravens but in face of pilots who have mastered the skills of smacktalk , canfliping , noob-baiting and even the rank 14328942 skill of DOCKING whenever something with a gun or 2 shows up in the system flashing red (with the suport skill of smacking from station ,= 5% reduction in time needed to bore someone to death/skill lvl) , you ravens have little chanche
PS : I will be donating 100 t1 frigs/month and 1 mill trit/week to each empire pirate corp so they can have there daily dose of fun killing the frigs(unmaned frigs , i`m out of noobs)and get the trit in cans , then flip it around all day long
Oh CCP do SOMETHING about lowsec , give people a real reason to go and live there , lowsec should be the realm of piracy , between empire and 0.0 , so then we`ll see the difference between "wannabee pirates camping noob stations" and those scary real professional pirates and mercs
