of course youre not crazy. Last roaming i did, i got ganked by a gang of bombers protected by a Falcon that landed on my face trough a cyno. The problem wasn't the frigs anyway, it was the falcon.

Incursions should be in low/null sec ! Why ? isks making without risk = inflation high isks/hour in empire = less pve'ers in low/null/wh Like Lvl5 missions, the incursions should be moved in a more dangerous place. That's all.

The ships you listed aren't the best for rushing L4. My advice: Machariel. - direct damage. - 3 choose between EMP, THERM or EXPL (and some kin with T2 ammo) - great tracking (AC boat), can instapop frigs when they are afar - up to 60km range...
