If not pregnant, maybe a sex change? With all this nanotech and cloning going on, it should be easy, and it's a staple of SF anyway.

I just liked what they said at fanfest about being able to hit people.

Harry Potter fanfiction is most certainly NOT the only subgenre to have male pregnancy. It occurs all the time in countless categories.
But male pregnancy can't happen because of a few key things:
