Flying while pregnant could lead to some...interesting.... situations.
When getting podded, both die, but which brain scan gets put into which clone? ("Aww crap, we put the infant in the adult body again" "So where's the adult mind?" *Nervous, horrified stares at the protruding abdomen*)
Would pregnancy's mood swings make a female a more vicious and effective pilot? Would a pregnant pirate end up demanding a good footrub instead of the normal ransom? (Or massive cargos of chocolate ice-cream and watermellons?) Would cravings to be cuddled be more terrifying for male pilots than the "Yarr"?

The isk farmers would just end up making female charachters to make babies with then selling the "ammo".  This could make the current isk farming problem even worse!

We have no design ideas on it now, and I doubt we¦ll make any for the above reason.

Well capsule pilots are still a tiny minority, could imagine that sort of thing being more for the masses (regular ships/station crews).
What I'm getting at is, capsule pilots would probably have a very changed psyche. You walk amongst the stars an 'unbound' Demi-god as it were - you see through the camera drones, you feel what the ships 'feels', solar winds blowing across your skin, the roar a warp tunnel in your ears, and you cannot die...
...mortal pleasures and considerations would be rather inconsequential and probably quite boring (CCP Abraxes did point out that with the access to cloning, sexual activities resulting in the destruction of genitalia could be one of a pod-pilots ęinterestsĘ...wonder if heĘll write about that ).
