I could not find anything in this forum Apologies if this is cross posting/bad forum etiquette/whatever, I am just in, and about to get some sleep.

Atm SirMolle and the other bobits are sitting there, in front of theyr computers, watching the Threat, watching theyr wallets and laughing on everybody. And btw i would not invest in a dying alliance^^

But what they have in common is that they both have a value purely based on the name of the corp. Neither ever stated that they were gonna pay out anything. The case is that a person, who i shall not name here, was a director of RKK, and got 1mill shares. He left the corp. Bob wanted them back, but didnt wanna pay for them. I'm sure there's some sentimental value attached to the corp name in question however, and it wouldn't exactly be a walk in the park to pack up and move. But yes it's possible.
