HI, im new to the game and i was just doing a mission after the tutorial and the NPC "Wolf" was talking about how he wanted me to join his pirate gang and stuff like that blah blah blah.
i asked in rookie help about joining a "pirate" corp they said you could but you had to fly out to low sec. how would i join one. because they told me all pirate corps do is kill people, and that appeals to me because im in this for the PVP

Find a pirate corp. Figure out who you need to contact about joining. Hopefully meet the requirements. Submit an application and hope you're approved. Operating in a lowsec pirate corp means you're going to be banned from highsec. Make sure you're ready to deal with that before taking the leap. |

To clarify
If you pirate in ANY system that has gate guns (even if it is 0.0), then your security rating will drop fast, and you will be unable to enter 0.5+ systems without being attacked by NPCs.
If you pirate in "true" 0.0 (No gate guns), you can slaughter anything and everything with utmost brutality, and you wont lose any security standing. But pretty much all 0.0 is owned by at least one group.
To raise a low security rating, you need to kill NPC pirates, ESPECIALLY battleship NPC pirates found in 0.0. If you dont have access to good 0.0 hunting AND the ability to kill the NPC battleships there, then it is effectively impossible to make meaningful improvements in security rating. Even if you do have the ability and the access, its a lot of NPC killing.
(Not sure about mission NPC pirate battleships. Its been a LONG time, but I vaguely remember them not being as good as 0.0 npc pirates....)

No, that one has ninjas in it and that is blasphemy.
Best way to get into a pirate corp is to put up a good fight against a person in a pirate corp. Even if you lose start talking to him and ask if you can get in. I did and look at me now!
