The whole "cant hit while mwd" argument isnt exactly true. If the vaga slows down some(to 3.5km/s range), it can reliably hit BC/BS while mwding.
This is true for the zealot as well.

Just thought i'd point that out..
If you play smarter than your enemy you'll still win....
Thats such a vague statement it doesnt mean anything at all. Overheat will NOT reliably get you out of web, not if the guy that webbed you has any sort of speed.

It would take a nano ship to catch you, in which case it's just a guns blazing battle between the two nano ships.
There is a large difference between a nanoship and a ship with a mwd fitted. Most hacs can hit 2km/sec or so with a tanked fit(slower if you have plates), with an overheated faction web you can catch a nanoship by surprise and he will NOT be able to get away by overheating his mwd.
And you can have a db 14km web(overheats to 18km) for the same price as 2 polycarbon rigs, which are mandatory on every nano-ship.

if a person gets caught by "surprise" in a nano-ship... they shouldn't be flying it.
I was not aware telepathy was one of the requirements to flying a nano-ship, what level do I have to train it to?

scanners are your friend, and seriously? i mean... seriously?
You can scan out a ship's fitting with the directional scanner? Do I need dev hax lvl 5 or something?

You're obviously not trying to prove a point, oh wait... you don't have one. What's that take sad smack lvl 5 or something?
You need to learn reading comprehension lvl 5. You're in a nano-ship orbitting some guy at say 19km, all of a sudden he webs you and mwds towards you, you've been surprised and now you're dead because you were not expecting an overheated domi web. There is a such a thing as a surprise fitting in combat. WTF does the directional scanner have to do with some guy fitting a domi or db/ts web?
Unless you think no nanoship should ever orbit closer than 21km.

Are you seriously ********? What does adding more ships to the fight have to do with me surprising a nano-ship with an overheated faction web? Where did I say anything about warping/jumping in backup? I was talking about a 1v1 incase you're blind.
Quote: As far as the domi web goes, think about the ship you're fighting. Let's say it's a big boat, even when web'ed there is a good chance my vaga is going to go faster than your big ship while MWD'ing. If it's a small ship... well it's not hard to kill small ships so no point using them in an example.
why don't you park your smack elsewhere.
Why don't you go back and read the quote again. You'll distinctly note the multiple times I mentioned the word "hac", and referred to their speed while tanked, and how a vaga would NOT be able to get away once it gets caught by the faction web overheating to 20km because even a heavilly tanked hac can easilly do 1.5-2km/s, which is faster than a webbed vaga.
Why don't you park your brain in your skull?

lol, so not gonna web that hac back eh?
and yes, i've gotten my vaga outta web's before from hac's, even the amarr ones you fly.
Concession accepted, learn to read next time before you comment on how nanoships cannot be surprised in combat.
And vaga with a web? I suppose if you enjoy losing to other vagas.
