hmm ye u got that right but they can lower the the time of learning them so we can see if the skills are usable faster and use ships and items faster so whole process go faster

What they need to do is let us use the ISD implants (like 99 attribute ones or something). Seed em into the market and let the players have fun. I bet lots of people would play on the test server.

Those things exist also, they also got the resistance implants. Its pretty dam funny. 44% more resistance for everything, lol.

You are NOT SUPPOSED TO PLAY on the test server. There is a reason its called test server. You test stuff, help with deployment of new patches, not play...
