I'll have to find the thread when i get home, but it has been stated that with the scripts, it takes away the MWD and mass penalties, but leaves the remote assistance block.

You tried it? Afaik they are not supposed to be remote repairable regardless of what script they use, so if they can when using the focused script, file a bug report.

The ARM script removes the afterburner and micro warp drive speed penalty, the signature radius penalty as well as the effective agility bonus, but the module still prevents friendly remote effects.

This guy is right. See Fendahl's blog from earlier this week.
However, the limit on remote effects is tied to the Field Generator being activated. Which means that Remote Sensor Boosting is still a great option when it counts, and even remote reps aren't completely limited.

Didn't test this, so it's just theoretical atm:
A possible way around could be to use two hactors and a good remote repper ship. Simply alternate the disruption cycles between both hactors. But it's only plausible if the hactors can be setup so that their omnitank can sustain the sentries damage during the scram cycle by themselves until they get remote repped.

Wrong noob, you need Lachesis with 3x Sensor Booster II and 4x Domination Warp Scrambler.
Only thing that will get away is an Armageddon.
And afaik, you cannot remote rep a Hic using it's scrambler.

The hactor not really overpowered.
Current module scripts might be a little bit.
I'd prefer to see two arm scripts.
1. Range bonus - but only 2 points
2. Infinite point - short range (7/8k)

You are right tbh. Still the OP is wrong. Why do you rely on stabs to much? If you have flown around in 0.0, you will realise that fitting stabs doesnt help. Its far better to use inertiastabs or nanofibers/overdrive.
If you have a cloak and mwd, its very easy. Align the ship to a celestial object (gate,station whatever). Press mwd and than cloak. Uncloak seconds later and keep spamming the 'warp to' button. Result, you warp instantly to the object you were aligned to.
If you dont have a cloak, but something smaller than a BC, mwd away and try to flee that way. This wont allways work, but tbh you werent prepared.
I (my alt) flies transports and has no problem avoiding piratecamps, it really isnt hard.
The only thing im worried about is the new players that didnt learn the ropes and then jump into lowsec. They get killed and start whining on the forums about it. Anyone with proper lowsec training is able to avoid being killed. This is something corporations are responsible for.

Also as noted - remote repping/boosting etc does not work when the module is active regardless of script
Yeah lets just slam it in web range against capitals, then everyone will use them

i did extensive testing on this ship and can not be remote repped with this mod active at all!
and btw transport ships will still be able to get past them. you know why? o look i can warp before you can lock, o look i can mwd back to the gate, o look I've got a cloak fitted as i just burned my mwd into a random direction.
