Greetings,
Between the three R&D NPC corps for the Gallente;
Roden Shipyards
Creo Dron
Duvolle Laboratories
Only Duvolle Laboratories offer cloning at their stations. I haven't found any medical facilities in any stations belonging to the other two corps. I've searched with the map, and even going through a majority of their stations under "settled systems" in their corp information. So I'm reasonable sure that DL is the only one. Does this apply to the other 3 factions' R&D corps?
My reason for asking is while I want to raise my standings for R&D purposes, I would like to kill two birds with one stone, raising my standings for a Jump Clone. I hate running missions but if I must to get to a lvl 4 R&D agent, I might as well get the standings for a JC while I'm at it. I'm trying to avoid grinding standings between two different NPC corps.

I have some experience here:
I have jump clones at Duvolle as they are the only ones to offer medical facilities. Their refineries are bad though (35% base yield).
I have refining at Astral mining and Creodron. Their refineries offer 50% base yield (more than enough for me to get a perfect refine on anything).
Duvolle offer mechanical engineering R&D agents, as do Roden. Mech eng datacores are the most lucrative right now (but the price has dropped 40% in the last month).
So if refining enters the equation take this into account. I'd just go for Duvolle. You're likely to get storylines from either Creodron or Astral, if you're in the same systems as I was.
I don't have much experience with Roden, as it just worked out that Creodron, Astral and Duvolle fitted my requirements. Luck had more than a little to do with it as I didn't understand the system that well back then.

I completely missed the refining % !!!
This will change my whole approach to mission running now. While in the long run a R&D agent is what I'm after, short term refining % is more important. The skills needed for R&D are a ways away for me, being a mining however makes refining % towards the top of the list.
I'll have to look into running missions for other corps that meet my requirements for jump clones and refining %. Afterwards with storyline missions, I'll have to see where my standings with DL will be. Thank you for the information, and making me aware of something that I over looked.

That's the way I ended up doing it - concentrate on getting 6.67% with a refining corp. As you do this you'll get storylines along the way and increase faction standing.
If you get Level 4 missions with Creodron, then you'll most likely have standing enough with the Gallente faction to commence at Level 3 with Duvolle, making the grind a lot shorter.
I'm now in a position to do Level 4 missions with any Gallente faction corp, but have never run a single mission for most of them.
