i found these items on blueprints but i dont knwo what tehy do or are used for or indeed if thye serve any purpose at all
R.A.M BPO that are used for several things from rigs to armour
any tips?
i hjave seen it wouldnt cost me much to buy and i can also turn one out every 40 mins, worth while doing or just forget it?

Check the cost of the stuff involved and how much you could sell them for, then you'll know if it's worth it.
RAM and rDB are used for higher-level manufacturing/research/etc, you should find them listed on blueprints' "bill of materials", but that's about it.

R.A.M. is used in the production of T2 items. R.Dbs are used in copying some blueprints.
R.A.M. tends to have a long build time and with invention increasing consumption there may be a market for it. Personally I build my own, but I imagine smaller players in invention might not have bothered to get the BPOs or cant be bothered to build it due to the time it takes. When it is being used it is generally not used up completely for making one item. Instead it takes a certain amount of damage per use, and can be repaired if not totally used up. This would lessen the market for it.

well the construction cost isnt much and from the buy orders for it price is around 100k ISK each so sould be a nice supplement to make soem ISK as NPC sales will help

100,000 ISK each? Where would that be? Not in Caldari Space. :-)
NPC Corps do not buy or sell RAM or R.Db. Some RAM and a little R.Db comes from high level Missions, but most is manufactured by pilots. As with any item, studying the Market screens will give clues as to what's going on.
Otherwise as a Manufacturer/Trader of both all I can say is 'no comment'.

Yes.....you are right i ....was mistaken......
How silly of me to think this stuff could be sold for lots of ISK.........
Must look at right screen next time.....
