Make it so that players can make their own corporations, and have some setting that don't let members attack eachother in empire space.

I agree with Bar Salt. imagine you found out somone was stealing from you corp hanger? dont you think its good that you can keep him in the corp by granting him some basic role evry 24 hours that has no use and keep poppin him without the interferance of concord until he pays it back in full plus interest? (i did.......twice)

What you have described here is an exploit.
You will get punished if you attempt to do this. *I know because that exact same situation occurred in a past corp and our ceo and directors got remprimanded for using this very tactic on the thief*
And I agree with bar salt. Nobody should be perfectly safe.

Simple answer- Will not happen.
There IS a setting that allows players not to attack each other my friend, it's called making your own rules.
Ever thought of this in corp mail "You attack one of the members of this corp and your rear end WILL be booted from corp." or something along those lines?

I think what might might sense is if he meant having a corp which cannot be war dect. A lot of players stay with NPC corps because a small corp can be trashed by most other corps. Of course, this goes against the whole ethos of EVE which is 'look after yourself'.

Good luck with that in the future, as there currently is a setting on sisi, called 'Confirm allow new roles' that you can set for your character.

Ofc, such a corp could not war dec, (could be war decced ofc). And have many other limitations.
I don't mean that shooting own team mates should be concorded, but seriously the "NPC" corps are so full of spammers and ******s that's it's stupid.
What is the difference between beeing in such a corp and an NPC corp? Well you are safer in an NPC corp so I don't see the logic of some people here.
