RISE? RISE took most of the beating in the recent conflicts and I wouldn't be suprised if BoB had plans to move them to U-S (which is a nice system I might add). Instead ISS moved it without any given reason. Neither have there been hostiles that needed removing, nor was ISS by any means in the situation RISE are in. I'm by no means a BoB fan, but don't jump the bandwagon/gun just yet. This one is to blame on ISS and no one else. ___________________________

A clearly defined plan (that is clearly explained to all pilots not just a few corp leaders, who may or may not share the plan or vision with members) 2.Day to day operational co-ordination between BoB and the alliances which support them. 3. A clear definition of the eventual rewards pilots and corps can expect if they support BoB and BoB eventually wins. 4. Regular communication and updates to all pilots from BoB about current events. I think the individual pilots and corporations, in the alliances loyal to BoB, still believe BoB will come out on top. What they want is clear direction and a sence of organization and order. Right now Fountain is chaotic. A rather small number of Goons and other hostiles are able to disrupt Fountain and Delve with very little organized or effective opposition. Virtually all traffic in Fountain passes through KVN, yet Goon gate camps are allowed to sit there and pick off ships or block ships for hours and hours without any real challenge also the entrances from Empire are regularly camped by hostiles despite the fact that Goon and hostiles are outnumbered in the region probably 10 to 1. Now it may be the case that the allies now in Fountain and Delve really don't figure in BoB's overall strategy and BoB let them relocate to Fountain out of guilt or pity, in that case it doesn't much matter what Bob leadership does, one by one they will leave, disband and/or declare neutrality. If BoB really wants to hold on to those allies and their resources and make them part of a wining strategy, then they really need to make a real effort to lead and to intergrate them into the struggle.
