Known this guy a while, he's not a scamer, althought he wasn't 100% clear on what the investment will be doing and it is your isk to invest but he is a trustworthy decent guy and knows what he is doing when it comes to buying/selling hauling. He would defiantly keep to his word when he says you can sell back your shares, if he doesn't. let me know and i'll kick his ass :P |

I'm an actually an alt of a main that was in a fail alliance he formed a couple months ago. I think his alliance was named Capital Reborn or some such name. Anyway, alot of us smarter industrialists left his corp and formed our own corp. We left because he was rather incompetent at what he does. He's just a kid (college or high school) who doesn't know any better.. Although, he is a persistent salesmen as you can tell from this thread.
I believe he is both a scammer and incompetent. He used to joke that he gets into building these holding corps which had this complex payout plan and then he would take all the money from those corpse and that's how he makes his money in EVE. The funny thing is that if you ever hear his loud mouth on communications channel, he literallly sounds like someone who suffers from mental retardation. LOL.
To make matters worse, he would grief industrialists as well. He came to canflip our corp mining ops soon after we left. Alot of people got really mad. Unfortunately, we can't really fight back since we're just miners and bears. But I hope this guy gets what he deserves. If anything, one or two of our combat friends will probably dec his new indy corp just so he will learn not to scam people and canflip industrialists.
I really feel bad about all the idiots who follow him in this new scam.
PS. He's not a great pvper if you look up his killboard. Not that I am either but I don't pretend to be one. |

I am taking this to a mailing list just for the investors and directors. Since there need to keep this business in the public eye, we can take to private mailing list. If anyone gets scammed, please post a forum on it. I will give a list of investors to insure fakers won't try to ruin my name.
Once all ISK is recieved and shares are passed out, I will post the list then. All of this will be done tomorrow.

Lol. As in Heydelies? Give me a break. Heyd is taken care of by a couple of the FW corps and that is no major lowsec market hub. It may have been hot a year or two ago but FW is rather slow nowadays. |

It deeply hurts my feelings that you believe im a troll. When i read it i asked everyone i could find in my cave, and everyone said that asking for a business plan in an IPO thread is not trolling. On top of that i provided helpful data based on hard scientific MD research.

Yes, I have had corporations fail in the past. Those were not failures. I just found out many ways on how not to make a corporation. Since I do have a successful corporation, Screaming War Eagles Incorporated, I went public and want to become more prosperous. I have what it takes to make this work.
