Why is it every racees recons can use at least one launcher high point except Amarr. This prevents the Amarr recons from being used in exploration.I just found it odd that the Amarr ones dont have 1 launcher on at least 1 of them and specifically the Pilgrim which gets a cloak bonus.
1) Kill with discretion 2) Always finish what you start 3) Never retreat in battle and 4) Be loyal to your corp m8s |

Very funny fact about Scan Probe Launchers and Recon Probe Launchers... they don't need a launcher slot to be equipped.

pilgrim yes... but didnt the curse have like 2-3 launcher slots :D
PS u dont need a launcher slot for porbe launcher :)

Why would you look for them in a recon anyway, might as well use your pve ship if you don't care about hte covops bonus.

I think he's wanting to take advantage of being able to use a Covops cloak in conjunction with actually being able to field some dps.
I'd personally just use the covops frigate to find the sites, and then jump in a more suitable ship to clear the sites, but to each his own.

This is exactly the reason I would like to use a recon. Cov Ops ships have a bonus for finding them but them you have to go back and get a different ship for DPS. When i go out exploring it difficult to take 2 ships at once and haveing to jump back where i left my pve ship is a pain.
