No, it damned well would not. Children are the bane of advertising... "Ooooh, we have a really lame concept here. Throw in the kids and the consumer lemmings will be on it like an alcoholic in the Sahara on a cold beer". Children should not be used to advertise a product that is unsuitable for children. And the version of EVE that I (and the devs, fortunately) want and love, most definetely is not child friendly.
And since eVe doesn't exist, they may as well have the teletubbies mmo on their heads. Full of happy sunshine and rainbows, and not EVE or anything close to it.

Sounds like a noob game to me.
On the other hand EvE Online is great :)
The Rev 2 trailer is great, and I agree with the guys who say give it a face lift with the trinity 2 engine. Would make a great advert.
