Gallente = re-balanced (damps were overpowered, no doubt)
Amarr = The NOS changes nerfed these, scripts will actually make little difference. (Because you had to be within turret range anyway to nos, even when tracking disrupted, and so you were relying on tracking speed disruption to keep you safe - so just use that script) - drone changes however are a compensating buff.
Honestly, just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't make them a troll.

they need their bonus changed. same goes for the amarr ones.
Well, as an Arazu pilot myself I tend to agree 
Damps in general were over-used, and did need a bit of a bash with the nerf stick. However, ships with damp bonuses should get maybe a 50% increase in them.
The changes with Neut cap cost and drone bay sizes do a little to improve the Amarr recons, and I think they may once again be a viable ship (when I lost my last Pilgrim I never bothered replacing it).
Might test them out tonight actually.
