I don't owe you an explanation or anything. What matters is the end result and that the person sees success. For you, though, that's irrelevant. I care about the person... you care only about yourself.
But you aren't really interested. There's tons of scientific data and studies about the benefits of meditation all over the internet and I don't even know them, because I don't need to.
You're biased. There's no value in talking about this with you and your opinion about the matter is irrelevant. I am trying to help with my practical experience and knowledge.
You, otoh, are not. You're just a failing troll and an ass.
And now talk to my block button, *******, while I try to help people.

it doesn't matter. i found the culprit just now. i simply googled the name of the pop-ups. lol. some worthless and annoying adware called safersurf. probably came bundled with some other program and i did not notice. i went to control panel and my programs and saw it there. now it is gone. if malwarebytes made your connection go poo, then it's because the infection is quite worse than you might think.
some malware can actually make things as such that if you remove them, your connection drops, either by modifying the hosts file, or by some windows registry voodoo.

Sibyyl wrote:ISD Decoy wrote:I am getting pot lights installed in my house tomorrow morning. Does anyone have experience with LED or halogen bulbs? Which would you suggest? You should be looking at Metal Halide or fluorescent lighting for the right spectrum and intensity. Grow bulbs will just give you spotty growth. I had a couple friends back home who couldn't stop talking about this stuff. Halogens will cost you because they are inefficient. LEDs might work, I don't really know. Metal Halide (the common xenon HID headlights for cars) is a good bet. they don't consume much more than standard halogen lamps and usually give out a more "natural" cool light (around the 6000k). Fluorescent is good too. Consumption wise they are good and also give light around the 6000k.
For LEDs, and if you have some electronics know-how, you can do the lamps yourself too, in any shape that might be more convenient for you. You can even make a dome of LEDs that consume quite less power when compared to other options. Just be sure you get quality LEDs tho, since the good ones can last much more than the lesser ones.
