Still a nice one :D From my evekill write up: "He was in a safe spot between the station in system and a customs office, I did not have probes so could not scan him down. If you warped from the station to the customs office in the direction he was in on d-scan you could pass by him in the warp tunnel. All you have to do is keep making passes, make bookmarks, until you get close to him if you dont have probes and then alot of burning :). Getting his shield down was obvsly the easy bit, the carrier started to drop drones (like wardens and other long range sentries, but they could not hit the stratios, he would try to deploy more but only ended up abandoning them, trying different drones while the strategy was either to kill them or simple move around to much so they couldn't make any solid hits. It just came down to a very long stale mate of waiting and burning, the ideal strategy being wait out the carrier until it has no more cap to repp itself, apparently that pilot does not have the skills needed to deploy the fighter drones he had or the t2 ogres so the amount of usable drones the carrier had was limited and mostly already expended."

I just resubbed two months ago, got back to highsec where I build t2 ships and similar shiny stuff now. I'm checking out if the carebear lifestyle is for me- but frankly, I am still not so sure about it- still, it's kinda nice if you don't have much time to play the game.
