Hey! Hold on before you start waving your blasters around all willy nilly. I'm training core skills and fitting skills to fit my ships right before I go running around in nullsec ganking and what not.

Though mining and running missions in hisec is helpful when I've had too much rum and my ships a little blurry. I've actually fired on fleet mates from time to time.

That is something i've always wanted to do. Open a distillery. Mizhir's 20 year scotch, Lina's cherry rum, Albrecht's dark lager, Valery's single malt whiskey. Kenneth's bacon flavored rum. Alice's sugarcane-wine.

Oh I agree if the WHer is willing to fight and not POS up. There are a few w-space corps that are just as bad as hisec carebears. They POS up at the lightest sign of danger, blah, blah, blah. If a bounty is placed on one of their heads, then I don't think it would be worth the effort to bash a POS for 1 guy. Then again, he wouldn't come out of his hole in the first place so I don't think he'd even get a bounty which makes my argument invalid.

Still the only one affected as far as I know. More upsetting (or should I say baffling) is someone apparently sold an unskilled alt on the bazaar for 1.6bil solely because the portrait still had no bra. Well today is a, well, Monday... Car broke down so I had to walk the rest of the way to work, ~ 1 hour. That's not so bad. What makes it worse is I don't have the funds to even think about what needs to be fixed let alone getting a tow truck. My company decided to take a full week off for the Holidays. I am a temp in a permanent position so I still don't get paid, not even holiday pay. Cheap a** company but that is what everybody is doing now to avoid the taxes and benefits to the employee.

The HBC and CFC are fundamentally different. The CFC are a coalition of alliances who go back a long way who have over time formed an entity organically, by sharing common goals and ethos- the power is also very well distributed between Goons, Razor and FA + some smaller alliances. HBC on the other hand consists of Test, who's main player corp is so big they dont know what their players are doing which has led to a free for all and no accountability. If you look at the ally members of the HBC, theyre alliances who Test were fighting as little as 6 months ago, theres very little synergy and there is very little order. The only thing holding the HBC together is the standing settings. Besides which, Test are still blue to Goons and will continue to be, the only thing thats putting a strain on the relationship is that Test persistantly break peacetime pacts by camping jb's, stations and so forth- they have a relatively young and immature playerbase (not speaking for all their pilots, a generalisation), but this doesnt help considering the fundemental basis of their coalition is already weak.

Man, all this talk about working all the time is depressing.

My beliefs are odd. I believe in science and rationality (I have Bayes Theorem in my eve bio) But at the same time I'm Wiccan. I guess its that I understand my beliefs are silly and somewhat irrational, and don't mind that because they still improve my quality of life. It seems like a more honest approach then to try to defend my religion from science.
