I am currently set up at the moment with a smartbombing Raven to take out some macro miners here in high sec. I want to know if it is possible to blow up 4 Mackinaws and 2 Itty mark V's with my smartbombing raven in time. I heard that since they are the T2 macks that I may not kill them in time. Bear in mind that this system that I am doing this is .6
Is this possible to do?

a maxed out mackinaw has around 7358 effective hitpoints or 6767 against thermal (lowest all around resists).
a full rack of plasma t2 smartbombs should do about 2800 damage per volley with 7.5 second duration, so its gunna take 3 volleys to kill one, which is 22.5 seconds. Considering that concord takes 30 seconds to get there in a .5, you can easily get 4 volleys off, or 11,200 damage. That should easily chew through the shields of a mackinaw before concord gets there.
Why not use a dominix with a passive hp hull tank rather than a raven, theyre cheaper.
8x large proton smartbomb II
1x large cap battery II
6x large reinforced bulkhead II, 1x damage control II
gives you like 100,000 effective hp with 66% al around resists, cap lasts 49 seconds which is long after concord will wtfpwn you.

That would be more like 15.01 seconds.

wow, there is so much fail in my post.
so ya, stick with the raven, that whole...you know 6 highslots on a domi thing kinda defeats the purpose.
and ya 3 volleys is 15 seconds :P

One word: Typhoon
Cheap as hell and not too hard to fit a bunch of hull plates and 8x smartbombs too. Not on my PC with EFT on it, but I've done it several times to corpmates on the test server just to giggle as they lose all their drones and maybe a ship or two
