How many of those 8 failed contracts from this year are from the same pilot ?
As one of my contracts failed this month, the double wrapping apparently is meant to avoid being scanned. I thought most of the goods were moved only in freighters, where as my package was +-650mil moved by a pilot using an iteron V with a single tornado attacker, and if I read the kill mail correctly 6 packages were being carried, no wonder it was popped regardless of scanning. (Although don't know the value of the others or if they were even for Red Frog)
Still use the service though. |

I didn't count the 4 contract lost by that particular pilot since it was a Industrial gank, and not a freighter gank.

Also for the people checking this thread. Red Frog does about 20 trips for me every month and out of the total 100 contracts or so 2 where a couple of hours late and not a single on has been lost.

In anticipation of the GÇ£Burn JitaGÇ¥ event on the 28th, all Red Frog pilots will be out of Jita system by 12:00 on the 27th until the end of hostilities. This means that no contracts starting or ending in Jita will be handled during this time. Contracts submitted, but not accepted by 12:00 on the 27th, will experience longer than normal acceptance times. To avoid delays, please keep Jita contracts to a minimum during this time. For the latest information, check the RF Freight channel MOTD.
We suggest that you get your stuff moved in or out Jita and the surrounding systems before the 27th.

4 ganks I believe. some were carrying more then 1 contract.
we used to have insurance, but that would cost too much now. |

we've got some pilot with balls doing them right now.
Please use 7 days expiration for those tho, if you don't want to redo them later in case we can't complete them in 72h. |

Cracking job of moving several fitted ships 24 jumps without a scratch, though someone did hel themselves to the beer fridge and i'm sure one of my 'artistic' french movies faturing naked ladies has gone missing too.
First time user and aside from initial concerns with right collateral it was a perfect end to end service.

This post is a reminder that our new pricing are in effect as of may 1st. :)
Please recalculate your usual route!
In other news, we're please to say we didn't lost any freighter during the Burn Jita event.
We started slow on friday, to see how things would go down, and the queue got pretty big. But thru the weekend we resumed operation and sucessfully completed more then 450 contracts involving Jita! Overall, we did 704 contracts in those 3 days.
I believe we missed a few contracts on friday night, but those might have been set to 1 day expiration.
Thank you for your patience during this unusual event!
