Trinity upgrade includes free EVE voice, sorry I didn't really try to answer it all that clearly
It works pretty well also, but means I actually have to have audio on in EVE, which I haven't done in ages

But yes, EVE-Voice is 100% FREE forever, as stated by the dev's at fanfest. We have it on film for proofs (I just cant be bothered to go find it, sorry).
