A minmatar female in a clean, well taken care of uniform.
Strikes me as the kind that decided that the 'rust or bust' way of flying has been exchanged for more solid, shiney ships that lack ductape or wheelchair uzi's.
If it wasnt for the background, I'd instantly take you for either Caldari (most probable), or Gallente.
Still a nice avatar.

Coloring is nice, nice match of hair, clothes and background but the pose is very non-dynamic and the facial expression doesnt do you much justice.
Give it an expression and a more lively pose and I would have rated higher, but atm alas a 6.5/10.

That aside, I rate 7/10.
Reasons:
Pose is a little bland, the smile looks mildly awkward.
Lighting is good, tattoo fits.
Constructive criticism:
Add a little more dynamic to your pose, smirk up the smile, show less body.
@ miiral:
Love the face, and the tattoo effects. Sucker for eyes as I am, I love em.
Remove the lipscar and it's 10/10

If that 1/10 was aimed at you, I can't do much else but disagree.
You have a very nice atmosphere in your avatar: the look in your eyes (Sucker! Me! Again!) and I really like how you blended the hair and root colors with the overall coloring - well done.
I give you 9/10.
Perhaps the only things i'd play with a little is your skintone, one tad darker could do it justice but I'm not sure.
