Trying something different for awhile.

Not sure How I feel about the avatar. The makeup doesn't go well with the more "experienced" face nor the professional clothing. Additionally the background does not seem to fit; its not glaringly out of place, but just feels off to me. Not quite sure what you were aiming for here. But it is by no means the worst I hasten to add. 6/10

Crazy gangster-mechanic look, feel like your part of some space cartel that sells illegal ship upgrades or something, I really like it. 9/10.

I like your avatar, however the shadows do have some special shapes which makes it look a bit too artificial.

The odd colored hair clashes with the freckles along with the eyes not quite looking at the camera. I know it's hard to make it look like the character is looking at the camera, so I'll let that one go. Aside from that, it looks kind of generic. I don't know, I don't like it too much.

Almost perfect, I really like it.
The light could be a tad brighter so you better stand out from the background...and perhaps a different light-type that makes a more smooth & consistent shadow on your neck.

Nice expression (the eye patch is a nice touch!) and the overall frame is done nicely as well. You might want to consider moving head lower as to not cut off the top of your head.

Distinctive look, very recognizable despite small changes here and there.
