@Caelis Boirelle The whole character is smooth and clean. Background is discreet enough to seem adapted, and the char doesn't have anything noticeable in the bad sense.
I'll give you a 9/10 because somehow you are not the most original avatar I've ever seen. |

@Ishtanchuk Fazmarai : I recognize a certain quality in your portrait, and despite the fact that she is sadly not according to my "tastes" if one can say so, I will give you an 8/10 because you've made a good usage of background, ear rings, and the general contrast in the colorization with make-up/cothes/hair, something dangerous.
About her expression, and I know it's very hard to obtain something satisfying, I'm affraid but she seems to have something missing.
All in my opinion of course. |

@Alexstrazaas : A little savage side that I appreciate for sure, and the whole picture looks rather good.
However, actually the character is quite.. basic and (all in my opinion) that's not an advantage for you : Common background, no noticeable make-up, clothes reduced to their simplest expression, too big part of the picture taken to show that non-realistic rack...
I hope you will understand that my goal is not to insult you, but all you've done is basically taking a redhair with a big rack and red clothes. :)
Again that's only my opinion, but I think there is a lack of creativity, because you can do better

That's a nice picture, not my prefered character but ChuChu is almost unique in her category. Assuming everything is intentional, the only thing I could recommend you is to hide that rack of yours. Of course you'll loose some points when people will rate you, but I always thought that the head should be the main part of the picture.. Which is not entierly the case here.

Beeing disliked by the wrong person can turn a comment into a compliment ;)
Background inappropriated, asymmetric eyes, nose too large, upper lip too small, clothes very basic. You haven't taken too much risks except for the camera angle which remains original, and of course the freaky head that seems almost normal with that odd angle. (good trick !)

His appearance doesn't have anything choking, including the hair (which is in itself almost surprising, but if I try to imagine him hairless, I understand why he is not).
Basic background, anything noticeable about the clothes.. and of course you wear glasses !
Basically, glasses are the hard way, because if you hide a good part of your face with a very common object, it becomes harder for you to become interesting or original.
And that's the main 'problem' of this avatar : He is clean, good, simple... but very basic, and very common. Some might say 'boring', but if you just want to have a good avatar that's the right choice.
Finally, the expression is almost too neutral, and you fall in this trap like manies : your avatar now have in my opinion a slightly dumb expression because he is not trying to express anything.
6/10 but I hope you understand that it's not an ugly avatar :) |

I just wonder about the shadow, perhaps could you try to unhide the other part of the face ? I don't know honestly but perhaps is it worth a try !

The general shape is pretty, the colors are good, including the background, and you manged to give her an expression very interesting. But obviously you've just rotated the character so that's 'not' a lot of work.
The only problem could be the skin, that I find very white but in my opinion it makes you very original, and the beauty of your avatar remain unchanged. I would better recommend you to try other lightings.
This one doesn't seem very realistic compared to the background, and the problem is that your character, over-exposed, becomes even more 'flashy' as your skin is white.
Then changing the lighting, or perhaps the background, so that the two fit accordingly, could be a good idea :)
But still 9/10 |

@ Adalynne, I would give you a 9.5/10 because something can always be improved, and here if the background is discreet and serve this purpose, it is not 'matching' with the character nor the lighting. But that's a fantastic job.
@Fiona : I'm sorry but here I see a non-related-to-the-character background, an expression rather 'boring' with too many imperfections about her facial shape (mouth, cheeks, and so on).
Work on her to have a more original result and things could be a lot better :)

The character looks mad in high res, mainly because of it's eyes. If it's intentionnal, good job.
I would perhaps try to change the lighting, as it makes odd black spots on the eyes.

@ Commissar Kate : Nice avatar :) She's nice and, you were right, achuras are quite hard to make. I would eventually add that you're missing something to make her a bit more natural.
I'm also not sure about the background, it renders good, but somehow I don't think that it matches with the overall style of your character. 8.5/10
@Sheimi Madaveda : Nice too, but it could be better if her face shape (especially the cheeks) were not distorted. I suggest you use another angle to hide that. You will have more troubles with the lips, though, as they seem a bit too slim. There is something to dig about her expression, I'm sure you could make it the corner stone of your picture. Finally, I can't tell about the background because your characters lacks some defined style imo. 7/10
@ Mikul Westen : I like your style ! Some might find that there is too many shadows on your face, but I have no problem with that, it renders pretty well and accentuates the expressiveness of your character. The only thing that can suggest would be to try another T-shirt as this one looks too much like his flesh. You could also eventually try another background to see if something else wouldn't be more appropriate with the lighting you have. Eventually. 9/10
@ Tomiko Kawase : There is something interesting here, but for the moment your characters has a style too 'failed dollish' imo : skin overexposed regarding to background, glossy red lips, and the camera is made so that I notice more her ear ring than her eyes. I think that changing the camera and lighting could help a lot here. That's only my opinion again, perhaps it's just not my style. 6/10
@ Nakis Aldent : I'll be short : more common would be near impossible. You even used the bad camera angle making your character look small. Really not charismatic nor original... So, not interesting. Oh, and the lighting on his face is bad as well, so that makes a 4/10 |
