Usually not a fan of "stuffing the image full of stuff" but in your case it really works, especially with the dead eye. Too bad skin looks a bit too smooth, a rougher tone would have made it perfect.

@Ivy How did you change you pose to that?
Eyes look a little off - Personally i don't like the 'casually looking away from the camera' style, feels kind of pretentious and 80's ;p
Face itself i can't really judge due to the angle aswell, so i can't give it more than a 6/10 right now :/ |

Somehow i have to think of an anime when looking at your portrait. Huge eyes, pale face, large volume hair and the small pupils that pierce into your soul... Very smooth features overall.
Would have to give it a 7/10, since it looks a bit 'out of place', really, but not that bad. |

The side profile doesn't seem very well done - The face contour blends in with the background, leading to a strange initial perception. The monocle dimishes this greatly aswell, a visible eye would have added a lot to the picture, background not withstanding.
I can't see much of the avatar for the rest either - The lighting is good, the pose is allright, but the background and monocle really detract from the whole.

A really neat carefree expression, bold angle on the lighting and exposing the scar. The head looks oddly proportioned though next to the very thin arm, the star on the background also detracts from the face in combination with the lighting, rather than adds to it.

Very nice pose, really good face. The shade in combination with the background however makes it look like there's a glare, which partially tries to obscure the face - Kind of too bad, but not a huge problem.
The clothes i usually don't like, but used in this way they actually look quite good.

i don't like how the framing turned out - It draws too much attention to the blind eye and the hair covering it, which in that position looks messier than it has to be. The background also doesn't really fit with the lighting.

I actually rather like the face despite the conspicuous, very young androgynous look... Also, you hit the balance of lighting, background, pose and everything else very well. The only thing i have to knock a bit off the score for is the black hair on a black background, which makes both bleed into each other at the top of the picture.

At first glance, nothing special. Then i noticed the (possibly unintended) effect the background has, as if smoke or something similar is falling down over the character. The lighting i don't really like, but is acceptable.
I'm always a bit annoyed with female characters tending to show their chests at 'just the right angle', so on a subjective basis i have to deduct points from that... It's just not flattering in any way. It shows a possible lack of self-respect, or just major insecurities, to me.
That said, everything else is pretty damn good. The effect is actually getting better the longer you look at it. I can't give it a 9 due to the aforementioned issues, but an 8.5/10 it is.

8.5/10.
Points deducted for missing shirt. Never liked the jacket/bra thing, just feels like posing somehow... The bad kind.
Points up for a natural looking face, as far as that's possible in the editor. Freckles are really nice. There's a certain realism to it you don't really see around much.
The light could be stronger on the right side of the picture - I think it's sad we only get to see half the face.
Otherwise, very decent and strong. The piercings add some very nice detail that would otherwise be missing.
Struggling with the score, but going for 8/10 in this case. The missing shirt and frankly ugly lighting on the right side detracts much from the overall picture, but it's still very solid and the face has a very nice charm to it.

Not sure why the face is obscured when you decorated it with the aviators. It gives a somewhat conflicted message. Turning away from the camera makes it look like you're trying to be 'hip' , it does not seem like it has any purpose, nor does it show an emotion.
The very bright lighting with the very dark background makes the contrast way too high, obscuring details that might otherwise have been in plain sight.
The choice of hair combined with the stance also highlights a problem with the back of the skull on those hairs (far too much volume).
There's a nice avatar lurking under there, but it's hidden by strange choices for the portrait.

I like the unified darkish color scheme. Pose is a bit to the generic kind, but not too much. Your expression is like you are worried about something (Not sure if intentional). Eyes might need some work. I'm always very careful when fitting a short hair to a female, but you have pulled it off quite well.
Good in general, 7/10
I rather like the face, but it looks a bit make-up heavy for what otherwise seems quite military focused. Unless you're going for the Ukranian police chief look, it's a bit distracting ;p
The pose highlights a problem with the clothing itself (look at the left shoulder, viewers perspective, for example), which is too bad.
The background and the pose/zoom level don't mesh together very well. It looks like the character is a miniature because of it. Going so far and then not seeing the hands is another problem.
That said, the face itself is unique and beautiful and i like the relatively non-standard and practical hair. The pose in itself, as well as the lighting, is well done. Normally the over exposure looks a bit silly, but here it highlights the practical nature of the character (going with the military style).
The problems are minor, but do stack up. 7.5/10.

@Azad Ja
Interesting - very smooth looking, and I like the glasses and scar - the hair is interesting, too! My only complaint is the angle - imo it would look better with a higher angle and more stark light-shadow, but that's just me :) Overall great: 8.5/10
What i like: The avatar looks incredibly young and enthusiastic to boot. Look at me! I'm heading out to the world!
What i don't like: It looks like it's proud of the eye and wears it as a status symbol, like a 16 year old would be proud of *her* new mercedes. Somehow it feels really off at the same time.
All in all, the feeling i get is 'good first effort', not of the player, but the avatar. It's kind of endearing in it's unpretentiousness.
8/10, though a difficult one. I would have rated it higher if it had less of the 'bratty 16 year old showing off' vibe.

The light is just a tiny little bit off, and creates some strange artifacts with the shadows around the facial contours (the ear especially). The effect you're going for is still good, but it's somewhat noticable that the angle of the lighting could have been turned a bit more toward the face. It also hurts that the tattoo isn't entirely visible, you only see it the second time you watch.
That said, the lighting fits the background perfectly, that's something you almost never see. While maybe not intended, i also like the slightly worried look on the face: "Is this good?"
I'd have to give this one an 8.5/10 - Almost a nine. Almost.

I like the tattoo, i like the lighting, to a degree. I like the pose. It's all good, but not great - The picture is somehow too blurry and unfocused to have a good impact.
I think that zooming in would 'fix' this alltogether, as it stands much of the picture is 'undefined' and it really detracts from the excellent single elements in the middle.
I should give this a 6.5, but will give it a 7/10. I think it might rise to a 9/10 or higher with the zoom :)

While i understand the effect you are going for, the eyes and mouth seem to be disconnected from each other - Like some creature pretending to be human, trying to show an emotion it doesn't understand.

Immediate points off for the badly chosen lighting angle. Darkness, when used well, adds a certain flair to the picture, but here it plainly blocks out a part of the face rather than emphasizing it.
Not sure about the pose. It looks like the character is being distracted by something during the picturetaking, rather than it being a deliberate pose.
Now, the face itself is actually rather well done, if basic - Except for the eyes. They're gorgeous. It's just such a damn shame that one of them isn't visible at all!!!!

Decent lighting, though the background does not fit. You may want to switch it for either less colorful lighting or a more colorful background :)
The expression is kinda strange. It's somewhere in between tired, 'D'awww!' and 'That silly thing again?' with a sprinkle of 'Do i really have to?' It can use a little refinement, what do you want your character to express?
The face itself has very good proportions. It's not the prettiest avatar, but she looks very 'believable'. Very real. Almost someone you could just walk into right now. It has a very unassuming aura about it, which is actually quite nice amongst most other avatars in EVE.
The lighting and expression mean points off, but the avatar itself is very well done. I'm going with a 7/10 to motivate you to change those first two things a little :)

Wow. Almost immediately fell in love with the face shape and expression. Something so eerie about it, but the face looks so damn nice - believable and realistic, rather - that it turns into a positive asset.
I also like the lighting. It's basic, but decent. Good even.
The only thing i don't really like is the pose. It looks halfway between the character getting distracted by a dirty joke, and an intentional dramatic pose, however if this is intended the lighting kinda doesn't really fit - It should be darker overall, but the face needed to be a tough lighter. It's rather distracting this way.
I'm giving this an 8.5/10. I was considering a 9-9.5, but the pose really did knock off a point (the body also didn't need to be as visible as it is here, it could have been zoomed in on the face a bit more).
