Gellente recons = good dampin ability + 40km+ scram range Minmitar recons = Good webbing ability (40km+) and fast ships Caldari recons = Good ecm jamming ability (especially after trinity) Amarr recons = Obsolete to ther recons!
give the ammar recons a Major nos boost so it make it fair, as 1 on 1 a curse will loose agains any other recon by miles - so give ammar ships a major nos boost like it used to be but dont give the other races this boost and then we can alll be happy
also a TD boost/same as pre trinity would be good aswell

p.s in regards to trinity ecm boost for caldari - i think caldari need it because there not that good at pvp and most caldari pilots i know of fly EW for PVP
but dont forget ammar they need boosting aswell... right enuff said...........

Actually, the curse/grim wins 9/10 to any recon but the matari ones, where the odds would be much more equal. The amarr recons are the ones actually able to break a tank, the others are just able to kite the opponent.
To be honest, the ECM-boost was pretty much out of the blue. The specialized ships never needed another couple of boosts(note there are quite a few direct and indirect boosts of ECM this patch).

and yes i agree i dont caldari ecm ships needs a boost coz i allways get jammed by them anyway :( But and this is a big but it will keep all the caldari people happy so..... whatever lol

lmao.. amarr ones suck ? :P ok ok .. pilgrim isnt that OP anymore but curse is even better now that ppl fit it proper.
minni recons only get 40km+ range on webs whit recon 5 or faction webs or over heating t1/t2 ones
just to correct you abit :) not many ppl train recon 5 (even tho most ppl who i know fly em have recon 5 :P )

You can set up the Curse to beat any one of the other recons. It's almost seems to be designed to kill rapiers (actually it is). It's just the cookie cutter setups that have problems. Oh what a pity. The Pilgrim will still win, but has lesser chances to catch em.

Theres a reason why NOS was nerfed....
But even with the changes, a nos/neut Curse will beat out the other recons...
Tank Killing Ability (usually) > webs, points, and ecm.
But all Recons are unique...
You want them all to do the same thing?

And no, the Pilgrim is'nt any good these days, as you can read up in the other thread. Curse only works as a "nano-damper"-setup. .

Nano Damper would be zooming around nukeing people's cap, and running RSDs so they cant lock you or your drones.
Continue until target is out of cap charges/cap or calls in friends to come get you.

My cap still got one vollied (from 70-80ish %) when i was flying a stabber/vagabond. Neuts and nos destroy cap fast.

It simply isnt true anymore, the worst recons are now in the hands of the gallente. I dont mind, ill adapt. You do the same, stop whining. Yes, amarr recons are less effective in large gangs, but most amarrian ships are for gangs only. Actually a dev stated in general that the pilgrim is the way it is because they don't want to make a cloaking curse, that they're sure they can do better than that.
When i asked why the amarr don't get a cloaking variant of their recon (when the others are effectively a cloaking rook, Lachesis and huggin) i go no answer :tinfoil:

Im pure amarr and use the curse frequetly, theres nothing wrong with this ship- fit it properly.
Pilgrim is also fine just use it tactic-fully. - meaning dont decloak 5km from a megathron thinking your trackin disruptors will sort him.
The only ship thats got a problem in the Amarr arsenal is the Apoc. Then again ive basically pure skills for all support and Lasers - so im not sure how bad they are with level 4 skills. ------ [Video] Forever Pirate 4
