I've disabled eve-voice in my esc menu (thanks CCP for that hidden activation).
Eve Voice is really great now, have you actually tried it? Way better quality than TS.

Just copy the settings they have displayed for the boot.ini, changing "Windows XP Professional" to "Windows XP Home Edition" when appropriate.

and? because you arent experiencing problems with jump clones does not mean other players are fine. there are numerous threads regarding vanishing implants in the general discussion & known issues.
EDIT: My bad didn't read what the guy actually wrote
