IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
1. This thread is only for reporting rule violations, not for discussion. The player(s) being reported have the right to ONE post to try and refute the accusation. Further posts debating or discussing the matter will be deleted.
2. The following issues may be reported:
* Interference with testing that causes serious inconvenience
* Harassment
* Non-consensual combat outside of 6-CZ49 that results in an actual loss (ship, items, skillpoints etc)
3. You need to provide full information and links to screenshots that support your report.
4. Please do not report trivial or minor incidents. Looking into these reports takes time and QA is already very busy.
5. Using the petition system on Singularity will have no result, as test server petitions are not covered by Customer Support. Creating petitions on Tranquility regarding test server issues will also have no result. |

As with all other ISD volunteer departments, the bug hunters follow strict rules and any misconduct or abuse of privileges will be investigated. If you think that someone in ISD is abusing his position as volunteer, please file a support ticket under the category Rules & Policies / Game Masters & ISD with all the details.
Please note though that abuse of CCP staff, including ISD volunteers, is not allowed and will not be tolerated.

As stated in the original post by CCP Shiny test server petitions are not covered by Customer Support and creating such tickets will have no result. In general if you want to report potential misconduct of an ISD volunteer, please create a support ticket in the category Rules and Policy -> Game Masters and ISD. In this case you don't need to create a new ticket as we are investigating your report already.
