A better form of proof would be access to that accounts Full API, all you have provided is a pretty but useless picture.
There is of course the possible reality that its a photoshop too, I am not claiming that it is, since I have never considered myself an expert on such things.

Ok, later found out person was not who they said they were. Was not a director, I was the one who got "sorta scammed"

You may claim to have gotten "sorta scammed", no proof though. You may even be a legit enterprise, no proof though. The one thing that you have proved though it that you are absolutely inept at managing anything, IMO.
While I wont give this the "SCAM" stamp I will give you the following award;

About the picture, it is one of my favorites, and has been a part of my photobucket collection since 2004. I use it very rarely just because it is such a special reward, I would hate to cheapen it by over use.
