I wanna go out for a lil Domination Spawn hunting. Can someone plz tell me what Domination spawns do I have to kill to get Domination POS(parts) BPCs?
If you hunt them I would be happy to know what kinda ship and setup are you using!

Factions spawns are random occurrences that have something less than 1% of a chance of happening any time a new spawn is generated in a belt. On occasion I've simply flown through every belt in an abandoned system hoping one of them would generate a faction spawn, but they never have. All faction spawns I've found were generated during normal ratting operations.
The lower the security status of the system you're in, the better the faction loot will typically be. In high sec you'll probably get an armor or shield hardener or something, while a 0.0 faction cruiser once generated for me a faction implant, ammo, and a POS module (warp scrammer) BPC. I've also found a faction implant in a 0.4 sec system faction spawn.
Basically faction spawns are not something that you should spend much time actively hunting, but if you do come across one be sure to kill it first, otherwise it might warp out once its wingmen have been killed. As to your specific question, any Domination spawn can potentially have POS module BPCs, but the chances of it are increased in lower sec systems.

OK so far. Is there a minimum sec status to find them? Like 0.4 or 0.3, ...?

I don't think there's a minimum sec level required, but the lower the system sec is the better the chances will be.

Also.. Domination is Angels if not mistaken. So go look in Angel infested waters..

Also faction loot CAN occur in missions. I got me a Domination warp disruptor that way. |

are there BS spawns in lowsec? or is 0.0 needed for that?

Just frigs and the occasional Destroyer in highsec, frigs and cruisers in lowsec, battleships in 0.0 only.

Just FYI, I found a nice slave implant in the loot of a .8 spawn, so there is certainly the chance to find almost anything in even highsec spawns. Though I usually only get something like a Sansha crystal or tags from them.

Frigs only: 0.8 and below
Destroyers: 0.5 and below
Cruisers: 0.4 and below
BCs: 0.2 and below (maybe 0.3 but I don't think so)
BSs: 0.0 only
EXCEPTIONS:
Level 4 missions have all ship types in any sec level
Some low sec deadspace complexes that you can scan have a few BSs, but they don't have the bounty of 0.0 BSs (still worth killing for the modules... probably a million+ in Empire resale per ship or thereabouts)
