The new graphics in Trinity are impressive and kudos to those involved in their creation. That being said, it is unfortunate that what has been advertised as the 'largest expansion to date' has turned out to be the most effed up expansion in the history of humanity. Hell...when that asteroid nerfed the dinosaurs it was a hell of a lot less traumatic than this expansion.
The sort of amateurish nonsense going on at CCP is what could be expected from a group of grade schoolers working out of their parents garage...not a multinational corporation with hundreds of thousands of subscribers. There is no need to get into the sordid details of the massive quantities of bugs, irresponsible nerfs, and other miscellaneous crap content that has mucked up the game in this patch (and other recent patches) since many others have pointed this all out in many other threads and posts.
Seriously...its time to step back, take some deep breaths, and have a look at things because the way Eve is going now is in a downward spiral at a high velocity in a handbasket. Dont let Trinity be known as where Eve finally jumped the shark because at this point that is where things stand. This is..was...a great game and still has great potential. At this point it is being ruined but hopefully not beyond repair. With repair being the key word, please fix the plethora of poorly thought out content changes and stop subjecting the subscribers to the painful attempts at fixing one perceived issue while totally effing up others in a manner far beyond rational description. Thank you.

While your defense of cccp is admirable it is misplaced. Im not talking about a single or even a handful of problems. Im talking about a pattern of inept screw ups and content changes. I guarantee your tone would be significantly different had you been a victim of the boot.ini issue. That isnt incompetence...that is gross negligence. For incompetence Ill have to refer you to the jump clone/implant issue, the POS issue, or the jump bridge issue. There are more 'bugs' than I can think of but off hand Ill use for examples such trivial issues as locked target showing up half way off the screen as well as random locations on the UI and emails not working for three hours post-patch. The point Im getting at isnt a few minor issues but the direction Eve as a whole is going.

Thank you for your utterly useless and insignificant commentary and in return I shall offer you the suggestion of getting a better grip on reading comprehension since you completely and utterly lack that ability. Have a lovely day.

Originally by: Reiisha I'll agree on the more severe bugs, but the changes were all fully justified. If the people who where whining about changes always got their way we'd still have 1400mm's hitting mwd'ing rifters at 1000 meters.
The justified changes I have no objection to. I have no aversion to change. An example of the complaints I have are 4000m3 capital modules and 20m3 T1 modules created for no other reason than in an attempt to stop mineral compression. This has effed over those who need to haul these items with no intention of mineral compression. Another example is the carrier hauling change where no ship can carry anything in its cargo other than charges. This has effed over anyone that wants to carry extra modules to use the carrier to adjust their fittings outside of a station.
Like I said...my point isnt with a handful of issues...its a long-going pattern of totally bizarre and poorly thought out changes to the game as a whole. There are many threads and posts on the forums where they have been well documented and discussed.
