TCF are good enemies. They will almost always fight you, if you catch them by accident (their mistake) or they have a heavy ally presence nearby.
I think they are constantly war dec anyways, by one empire merc company or another.
Visions of Warfare and Free Trade Zone and Zenith something or other are often within their sphere of influence, and usually do what they say, no matter how many times you kill them though, TCF rarely cares. So I just don't know man.
They have long claimed Curse and because so many people don't agree with what they claim, it makes it a fun region.

Section XIII tried to join Five 2 years ago but since Five refused... Section XIII built TCF, the RA pet alliance... then they are friends to RA and all other RA pets... simply...

Theyre definitely not RA pets... theyre one of the more capable alliances in the South. Have you looked at their accomplishments in the last year?

Yes TCF is RA pet unable to win one single battle without Russians. The last time they tried to defend POS without Reds they lost 10 carriers. They blob and pick on smaller enemies, but when it comes to major battles, they don't fight or hide behinde the Russians.

Was the first cap battle of the FC. All TCF members thanx him for the fight even we lost 10 carriers ... Sometimes you win and you learn nothing, sometimes you loose and you learn a lot.

What amuses me the most is. You go and "Buttrape" -V- and co in E02 with a huge blob, following day(s) you blob Curse with 100+ fleets and yet, you still manage to foolishly loose two carriers that are gate camping with little to no support.
You guys are useless unless you're in massive blobs 
As for the "TCF Don't Smack" Ha.. yeah, sure they don't...
