Backstory:
Today Section XIII members (TCF alliance) once again probed my mission deadspace spot and killed my ship, while i was in battle with npcs.
I live there since more than 1.5 years (at least i visited the system once every few days): this system is visited by many alliances, back then it was dominated by Lotka Volterra, then RA, iPod, Goons&TCF, Aftermath Alliance and some other. Noone really owns it, it's defenitely NOT the home of TCF/Section XIII.
Last weeks they occasionally showed up there to fight Aftermath&friends, but i was there long before TCF even moved from the north to Curse, it's my second home and if they probe & kill me, it's pure piracy or griefplay. So i think it's time to grief back and will plan, prepare and execute "TCF Revenge Operation v1.0" in near future.
General purpose of this thread:
I think Section XIII / TCF will (like everyone) already have many enemies, so i hope some of them can provide some information, which might be usefull to harm TCF.
Actions to be taken:
I plan to spend up to a few billion isk (dependig on how much damage per isk i get) for:
a) Buying mercenaries to harass TCF supply ships traveling through empire and/or buying mercenaries to declare war upon outsourced TCF supply corps, in case TCF already has multiple wardecs.
b) Buying small blackops mercenary gang service to grief TCF missionrunners (according to standings some of them do missions in G-0Q86 and surrounded systems).
c) Buying forum warrior mercenary service to increase propaganda activities against TCF.
d) TCF enemies support & minor stuff like providing intel.
e) Other mean things that will come to my mind / ideas i might get from this thread.
Information Request:
I need the information/intel on whether they have empire wars, what are their main enemies (outside those you see on killboards) and friends, what are their support-corps, and general inspiration on how to harm TCF most effective.
If you don't like TCF, feel free to post anything you know abuot them, that you consider as an helpful information in the fight against Section XIII/TCF.

Lets me explain the event.
I was probing for cosmic anomaly in covert ops when i suddenly get by accident a raven.
I warp to you in order to know if i can help you, because, i'am an helpfull people, when i was suddently decloaked by a can.
I realize that you were under attack by hostile republic fleet ships so i try to remote you, my covert ops always have a remote shield booster, but you friend and foe missile began to hit me. Stupid FOF missiles.
Then it is a terrible mistake. A TCF fleet was passing in the system and show your friend and foe cruise missile running amock and attacking civilian, so they engage you to defend the old and the orphan.
I tried to warn them that you were friendly, but i was on the wrong teamspeak channel.
It was a terrible cascade failure, you cannot put the blame on us. i really do not see where it is our fault.

My own point of view is that ccp warned you when you entered 0.0 the first time : this is a dangerous area :)
Concerning our ennemies, 1 or 2 billons are really not a noticable amount. Maybe drop 1 or 2 titans to help them.

Today I witnessed TCF raising the Art of Grief to a whole new level.
We were 2 TCF and a russian comrade near a station, a neutral Raven undocked, little pew-pew, then he dock back, and write in local if we please can wait a lil' bit he's gonna reprocess his modules, then he undocks again, and couple of secs later, with no modules or guns he was destroyed, I mean WTF how evil is this alliance so people are suiciding battleships, he was probably there long before TCF even moved from the north to Curse, proably his second home, this HAS TO stop !

Yes it is of some use. It has to. Look to the privateers. They killed us at least 73 ships. So it is usefull for you too ! Come on, it must not be wasted money !

TCF are good enemies. They will almost always fight you, if you catch them by accident (their mistake) or they have a heavy ally presence nearby.
I think they are constantly war dec anyways, by one empire merc company or another.
Visions of Warfare and Free Trade Zone and Zenith something or other are often within their sphere of influence, and usually do what they say, no matter how many times you kill them though, TCF rarely cares. So I just don't know man.
They have long claimed Curse and because so many people don't agree with what they claim, it makes it a fun region.

Was the first cap battle of the FC. All TCF members thanx him for the fight even we lost 10 carriers ... Sometimes you win and you learn nothing, sometimes you loose and you learn a lot.

As for "blobbing curse with 100+ fleets", we were protecting capitals while they bashed cow and aftermath pos, we weren't there to camp the few of you stuck in HLW stations and read your spam in local, try again.

That I don't argue with. If I actually remember more accurately, the capital fleet was approximately 15, support fleet was 60 (30+/- snipers). During the POS Bashing.
What happened during the time I resided in curse was, TCF would roam in gangs upwards of 50, alongside UNL, FTZ and others, so approximately 3 gangs of 20-50 in a small area. Now, I don't mind this (extra targets), but surely by your own definition:

The resistance you came up against was probably no more than what, 30? 50? (mixed) pilots on a regular basis. So to have upto 150 pilots from the same "affiliation" I quite accurately regard as blobbing. Regardless of if they actually worked closely together or not.

Its statements like this that embitter so many people against you. What everyone is saying is true, you CURRENTLY have big friends. But much like Ferge people will swarm to kill you when the time is right, and no one will feel badly about it. But regardless the OP is handicapped, just from reading this thread you should know most of all your questions, and you aren't changing anyone's polarized positions on how they feel about TCF, people state they like them because they are helping them fight BoB, people are blind when they can unite to fight one organization. if you had many more billions, find the merc allaince who has the gigantic capital fleet pay them to remove all of TCF booster producting POSs and see how quickly they will be crushed. Just my opinion..

As for 'teaching you how to fight' theres nowhere I've stated "This is how you should fight" its a matter of my own opinion that I have expressed, regarding the warfare that you operate in curse. The only thing I have that might come close, is regarding using scouts whilst camping gates, regardless of ship type, or how invincible you feel, its generally a good idea to do so. It was a generalization. Camping a gate, regardless of where you are, regardless of what ship you are in, if you don't have a scout on the otherside, do you really know what is about to hit you in the face?
If the two carrier pilots knew it (after trying to understand your post, I think this is what you meant), then why did they fall foul to it and die unnecesarily? As for me, I don't even want to fly capitals ;) to much hassle.

2 days ago we were arround eo2 whith 20hac/inty, we hold position for waiting 45 church/ V freffall whith battleships and support, we launch drones and .... nothing, hostile gang going to E02 whithout fight.. who blob who ? hu ?
so we blob sometimes yes (you also btw :) ),we have some Call To Arm, not you ?

I'd say if you got enough isk to burn have them decced a month+, maybe by different empire war corps, and that'd probably **** them off. They like to AFK freighters during wardecs so you might get lucky as well :)
Anyhow longterm constant war decs will disrupt logistics to some extent, but take isk and persistence. Dont think you'd have much luck trying to hurt them in 0.0 spending only a few billions.
