This BoB alt just doesn't "get" BoB. The ultimate plan yes. BoB is absolutely about PvP, its whole core of being exists around this. I wrote in another thread recently that many people in BoB have left, meaning temporarily for RL issues, new game challenges, or like careers, kids, or marriage. Others have stepped up to the plate to fill their shoes. Most all alliances have this "turnover and attrition" naturally, after all this is a game we play for fun, there is a whole wide world out there. With that said, I reiterate that BoB is structured in such a way to encourage people to come fight us. If you don't come fight us, we will come fight you. Our industry is structured to support PvP, and is a pretty powerful machine in and of itself. Hunkering down in Delve gives you all content that I believe the Devs of Eve never believed possible, a place you know you can come to get fights if you want them. We have taken tons of space, displaced/destroyed many "unkillable" alliances, and have most every item and ship in the game, and we have used all of them effectively. We have made good friends, lost good friends, made good enemies, and lost good enemies. We haven't ever really been in a defensive position. We have rolled over many who were. We invite you to come try rolling over us in delve. Let's see how long we can last, and we will all have fun doing it. IT IS THAT SIMPLE. Unless.. oh, you have temporary jobs now?... :) I have no clue what gap Mitch Taylor filled; I was more referring to the high profile BoBBiT's that you used to see haunting the forums and battlefields of old. I took a RL break for a while myself, sometimes it is just plain necessary. Eve can and will cause people to do crazy things, like forget to feed their animals and call in sick too much and fail classes and.....
