Hmmm, hupa and havo are good fleet commanders for F-E, but they only use the tactics given to them by Exzodier, he is the true mastermind.

Ahh, Exzodier who fell right into our trap in Obe? Should have used torps to get the pod really...
yes you should have, woulda done us all a favour

God damn we have so many good ones, hupa, havo, darwin, dontius and probably a few others i've forgotten atm. Always liked omniwar from m0o but tbh i dont know who most the fleet commanders from moo/evol PA, FA etc so I cant really give credit to them for the battles we fought against each other.
Oh and ofc Exzodier a true tactical genious =)

Stan (Xan) is pretty good but more to the point: his quotes on the eve of battle are priceless.
Especially that quote from "Gangs of new york" (I think) one time before we warped in to utter destruction by m0o was classic.

For me it depends on the situation. For skirmishes I prefer Lallante or Chowdown. For the big engagements its gotta be Duke Droklar or Xirtamvotf. I don't fight with [OC] much though because I find their level of discipline a little too intimidating (its like you are in the real military!). --------------------------- (c) Copyright Saladin, 2005. Yes this is an alt:
But the tops I've flown with in no particular order:
Some MASS guys: Trigger Zeal Dragon GFLTorque
Several in The Collective: Khoulkkh and a few others...
Specter (Duke) Thirdstorm Rampage
As for EV let me just say this, Never has so rich and large a corp done so little. I am still amazed how so many in EVE think EV is a military force to be reckoned with. This is not meant as an insult - just the facts. EV is after one thing, and one thing only - Making EV more rich. Back in the days when all SA corps shared bp's, EV came in and said they would too ... "for a fee." Many of the older SA corps were not happy with EV's actions vs Omega, but they supported SA over any one corp.
EV as a power in the game in EVE is a joke. If you dont believe me ask Con Mal, or Joshua. Funny, they sure distanced thereselves from EV isnt it?

Aint that the truth, clave rocked, in certain respects. Though he did have the need to have overwealming force all the time :)
From what I heard Synapse has been the only real effective fleet commander in Sa recently, trigger is an ass, in my oppinion, wahoo not being in EV anymore i can say it muhaha. Though from actual experiance;
Id say shrike is one of the best, knows his stuff, wins engagements that seeem weighted against him.

Stan aka StiZum Hilidii because his badger song is famous and he usually ensures that all get out alive (some claim unlike him who has the tendency to die but those are just rumors)

I don't like big battles so I won't call any names there... As for the more small skirmishes (4-12 ppl), I like The Monk or Chowdown as fleet commander.

(1) I still deal with EV on occasion with trades. While these are my opnions, I dont desire them to have a negative effect on my trading. Some less then mature ppl "might" not respect my right to my own opinion.
There, one good reason.

He who shouts loudest on TS is the commander, but if Xirtam is in the gang noone really bother cause everyone knows that he is the shoutmeister.

Well, it depends on the situation, and what kind of battle im going to engage in.
I must say, for the very big battles, i trust Xirtam VOTF 100%, for different reasons i wont comment on here .
For the small skirmishes, i absolutly wouldnt engage without Chow,Monk,Mchalin or lallente, they are specialist on these matters.
Well in Oracle we have severeal good figthers, i wont say who, because, well next time we get charged, i may be them ending up in a pod So Say I. Einheriar Ulrich of the Bloodline of Einheriar.

Well, be nice and objective and non biased, here my list (aw=s well as a reason why)
1.) Omniwar: I know he never noticed me but I sure as ell noticed him. And what I saw astounded me. Controlled a battle like an artist conrols a brush stroke against canvass. How do I know it was him, because everything was queued and he was always the first in queueand the last in queue, which looked to me like he was the cartest behind the brush.
2.) Dreez: This guy seems to be the most corse man that ever lived, but man, he can get a sloppy group of frigs and cruisers into the nasty and mostt efficeint strike fleet in the game.
3.) Khoulkk: Tied with synapse of EV, this guy is the oil to Synapse water, when you want the enemy crushed in one fight, you call on Khoulkk, he lacks finesse but he makes up for it in brutality. I'd liketo see him against omni war though, I've seen smash and bash tactics used against Omniwar and I've seen M0o walk away bruised and thier enemy walk away broken. Khoulkk is very straight forward, so the enemy is usually crushed or escapes rather annoyed but otherwise intact.
3.) Synapse: Where Khoulkk is a brusk and agressive bull dog, Synapse is a cool and calculating master of logistics and support of an akita inu. Synapse is great when you dont want to see the ebnemy for a while. He may not do the damage to rank and file that khoulkk does, but he is more than capapble of insuring that the enemy stays back and wary. Synsapse is a bit of a gambler which can make him rather unpredictable, but insures that his victories are grand and his failures, well you know how this goes.
4.) Darkwolf: DW is a math guy, he sees a word of number s and is avery efficient and logical in battle, why not the agressive maniac that khoulkk is or the shrewed gambler that Synapse is, he is still effective, do to an impecable ability to pick the right targets.
5.) Cause I like me... a lot.
I am Jack's broken moral compass. I am Jack's STILL trapped in eve limbo. maybe not for much longer... |
