Ladies and gentlemen, at this moment we have exceeded 39 000 people in a single server.
We must now login EVERY available account we have to try and push it to 40k people, which is just a nicer number and a milestone up there with 30k , 20k and 10k people.
I presume we will get a dev message congratulating us if there are 40k people online, like we did with 10 a long time ago....

You see.. the lag wouldn't be an issue except most of the new players will pick caldari, overfilled the already crowded caldari systems (and piling more people into jita no doubt). Ironic how the least popular race has the largest amount of space and the least lag as a result.

any way good going to not just CCP but to all the players that are contributing to get to this mile stone. I do agree though to what some others have said else where. If it wasn't for the many bugs and the whole boot.ini fiasco (not a complaint and actually I updated before the news and I never suffered strangely and I am loving the new eve) I feel that this number would be so much higher, what a shame :(

i logged into a station my allience is fighting with 150 people in local i click undock nothing happenes cant log in so really it all dont mean ****.
