Why OH why did CCP change the way the lasers look on the miners??? They look dumb now......

What is this change everyones talking about? The only thing I've noticed different is that now the lasers only show at the beginning of each cycle for a few seconds -- am I missing something?

Yea, mine look like skinny girly lasers. I like my lasers long, thick, and hard.

The new mining lasers are horrible. I'm too lazy to fraps atm, but I can give you guys this image.
http://www.crystalaser.com/new/laser4_s.jpg , imagine this blue laser shooting at the roid in a pulse every few seconds and making a horrible screeching sound that was sorta like the old strip miner sound.
P.S The hulk and mackinav are even uglier than before because they are way to square now. Give them the bow of the skiff and all the exhumers will look pimp like the skiff does, even though they are blocky.

Did a thread title in caps make you feel better inside? Seriously, I hardly think that mining laser colours are the worst thing CCP is dealing with.
