Speedtank is vulnerable by web, But for Vagas are really 3 ships dangerous the minm recons and the new minm ew frig.
Thats why nanogangs are used a lot, because by tank, u can be defeated by any ship, or any other gang, but if u in a fast nanoship, than u mostly safe....

The prob is that vaga is much better than the others in his class:

Vaga: speed 6113m/s, shield 8629 with good res, DPS 428, drone 25m3, dps with drones 527
Sacri: speed 3956m/s, shield 8304 with crap res, dps 395, drone 15m3, dps with drones 455
Zealot: speed 4395m/s, shield 4511 with crap res, dps 373, drone 0m3, dps with drones 373
Deimos: speed 4130m/s, shield 4731 with avarge res, dps 218(because webrange), drone 50m3, dps with drones 376
Ishtar: speed 4034m/s, shield 5039 with good res, DPS 76, drone 375m3, dps with drones 551
Cerberus: speed 3271m/s(bah), shield 3818 with very good res, dps 299, drone 0m3, dps with drones 299
Eagle: speed 3208m/s(bah), shield 5261 with very good res, dps 294, drone 0m3, dps with drones 294
Muninn: speed 4044m/s, shield 5259 with good res, dps 345, drone 25m3, dps with drones 444

So let see: where the caldari ships are not good as nano(without implants) and have avarge or less than avarge dps, the other ships can be used as nanoships easy with rigs. The default speed i wanted to reach was around 4km/s. The Vaga is 50% faster than the others and do almost the same dps as an ishtar with drones(where vaga's weapon can not be popped so easy). If we take just the pure gundps the vaga is winner in this aspect too.
Conclusion: Speedtank is vulnerable, but have just 1 counter(+), Vaga have great DPS(+), Vaga have high shield hp with good res(+)

Now if u had a maxed skill pilot which can use every ship on max skills, which HAC would u use????
U still think the vaga is not better than the other ones???Much better???
