Fenren	Posted - 2007.12.11 10:40:00 - [13] they did not deny their responsibility. they started a lot of help phonenumbers and all the forums was full of devs and other ccp people. they sent e-mails and posted big advertisement on the eve-client. they did the hard thing and took full responsibility from the start. that is an admirable way to handle such a thing. lthou it was too late for me... i had already booted... but ccp handled it really great!
