the 200 shares reserved for your salary....
Have you given assest to the corp worth their value of 300mil isk? I dont see it if you did, or is that where the "start up fund/gift" comes in? or are you crediting yourself those 200 shares with the assests that you donated(4t2 comp bpo, 1t1 bpo, bessie, impel)?

I am just a little confused by the above points and maybe its just because of the wording you have chosen and the fact that its 0320hrs here. Otherwise nice write up, looks like a decent plan.
ATM I would be willing to throw 150mil isk at your ipo once you get started. Depending on the clarifications for my questions and Shar's above me. To early to put in a share reservation?
