I havent seen any updates on the war between CVA and triumvirate. Is it still going on? Is tri moving on CVA sov space? Let us know, not everyone cares about the BOB vs EVE war. Thanks

Holy tritanium batman! You just got pwned by a goon!
And no, I have nothing relevant to add concerning a Tri vs CVA engagement which may or may not have happened at an undesignated time and place.

/me points at broken posses and banable exploits thread.
voila hence no action besides gate camps and roaming gangs that landed us a whooping 43% efficiency under the new kilmail system.

Basicly little has happened. We jumped down there and we knew little about their fighting style other than they will bring it and with lots of people. We got battered so bad to start with no bones to beat about that we have never ever taken a pounding that we suffered in the first 2-3 days of war. They were untouchable, however we regrouped relocated to a better place and since then we have steadily been picking them off. Other than that there is little to say, if there was anything news worthy I am sure one of the alts would start a thread about us. (oh wait one has).
Only key things that I can think of was several pos reinforced pre patch but saved by extended downtime and us coming very close to killing their Aeon.
Our main battle is with the macro hauler problem in the area. It's like a gambling addiction to some and their sec status is appauling. (Our industrial k:d was 382:3). We will be setting up macro poppers anonymous, please send donations to touchvill!

Thank you for the accurate & detailed summary of the CVA/Tri conflict. As far as the macro haulers ive seen and killed more of them in that low sec patch from R3 then any other low sec area I have visited too date. I hope both sides keep the good fighting going in what seems to be a good smack free war and let the rest of the eve comunity know if anything big or exicting happens.

Hardin makes a little money on the side by creating alliances for other people. There are a lot of Alliances that has Hardin as their founder.
As for the Triumvirate war. As far as I know the war hasn't left the preliminary "fondling" stage yet. Both sides are feeling out their enemy, checking response times etc and trying to soften up their opponents most active members through attrition. ______________________________________________ -You can never earn my respect, only lose it. Our first few days down here against CVA weren't pretty. The system we'd decided to base out of was completely the wrong choice. So after the first 3-4 days the message went out that we were relocating.
Our low point on efficiency was 24%, our kill/death ratio too was showing we'd lost more to CVA then we'd killed this fact rang some alarm bells and dissipated any complacency that may have set in. But since we've relocated things have improved drastically, we're now on the right side of the kill/death radio and the gap grows each day (a kill/death ratio of +67 at time of writing this), and efficiency is upto around the 44% mark. However we've not yet had any truely memorable fights that'd we'd hoped for coming down here.
Looks like some prodding might be required.

Yeah, best way to get CVA to truly commit is to threaten their sovereignty. With POS warfare currently ****ed it makes it hard to instigate properly.
Bad timing for a CCP fumble. I'd like to see how those fights go down.

Well 100 man roaming nano-gangs are a bit beyond our immediate response numbers and even your smaller patrols tend to have backup waiting close by as you have taught us on at least two occasions so far
Yes we can match your numbers if we 'blob' with all our allies but the coordination required on our side to fine tune four alliances vs your well oiled PvP machine means that generally adhoc fleet engagements will be avoided until we see the right opportunity.
As it is we are still picking off unwary Tri members guerilla style - though to be fair you have tightened up a lot since the first few days
We are by necessity and numbers forced to pick our engagements and to do otherwise would be suicidal on our part vs an enemy as skilled as Triumvirate...
I am sure the fights you are looking for will happen if you push hard enough... We aint going anywhere

Oh yeah good luck taking on CVA.
They're on a mission from God.
Destruction only works on alliances whose purpose is to hold space. You take away their space they are gone.
RP entities exist to fight not to hold space.

for someone who cares so much about K:D ratios you seem to have a pretty poor grasp of what a ratio actually is

This is an unprovoked attack by Triumvirate on my brethern.
I am not associated with CVA, but in my heart and blood I am amarrian. It is with great sadness I see Triumvirate on their latest campaign.
My thoughts and prayers are with the brave and heroic CVA troops and their honorable friends on the frontlines, fighting for the future of our great Amarr empire.

Last I heard all our Amarrian pilots are refusing to go to battle, stating some divine creature would punish them in the afterlife. We told them as pod pilots they shouldn't really have to worry about afterlife, but they still refuse. We've send them all on a week long reconditioning ( it involves all kinds op probes, vibrating toys, and chuck norris movies ), and we expect them back in service soon. -----------------------------------------------
