Seriously, the name should be somewhat descriptive of its actual purpose.
Configuration File for the Network settings of the EvE-Online Client.
config.ini <- too plain, abused
eve.ini <- not bad, too generic thou
client.ini <- gettin there
network.ini
eve_boot.ini <- bettar !
But...to be honest, .ini is just another form of .txt, the ending generally means jack by normal text files to ill jump out the box and rather say:
boot.eve / boot.config / boot.conf
client_boot.eve
net_ini.eve
boot_ini.eve
I can haz 100 Millions ISK ? :P
