Hi, I will be offering a service for eve players, like your selves, to have their own websites/code snippets using EVE's API. To learn more about EVE's LOVELY API code, click here.
To get the jist of what EVE's API is i will have EVE explain it in a short summary.

I will provide anything from little EVE API code snippets to full blown EVE API websites. Time is always crucial in this sort of situation and i will be editing this post to tell you when i am available and not available to work for someone.

Bit of a range, eh? Well, the price all depends on how complicated the script is. If it's a whole website or just a fix up of an old script. To receive a quote just eve mail me with information about the site, what you want it to do, and what kind of content.
A little bit more information.
The script(s) will be developed on a private server before being put onto the main server.

You should add a little bit more about what you can do with API keys, cause like myself, I got no clue. only thing I know is that you can use it for the EVEMon and a few other things :)
But if you tell a few uses it can have I'm sure you'd get some more costumers, cause if they are like me (knowing exacly what they would like, but not knowing how it can be done) they might just move along until they see somebody saying they can do exacly the thing they are after :)

Ok, sorry about my connection. I am still fixing it.
For something like that i would charge about 200M for you and 600M for your corp. Also, hosting for the database and the files would be free on http://yoursubdomain.eve-all.com/
If you find a script that has already been created with this functionality I would be happy to install it for 200M.

Eosfun asked for my feedback in this thread so here it is.
I asked him last week to write some code to grab some data from the api interface and store it in a database.
It allready started when he quoted me for the job.. 1,7 Bn isk. He explained to me that it would require about 1 week of work to get the job done, so 1,7 Bn isk would be fair.
I didnt agree with this, and after some little negotiating, I would pay him 600M isk.
3 hours later, the work was done.. A lot faster as the intial week it would take according to him.
I assumed it would be 600M isk well spend, because I had close to 0 knowledge of php. I uploaded the code to my host and tried to run it. Lots of errors returned.
Seemed my host blocked the "fopen" function. I contacted eosfun again, and he rewrote it to use cURL instead, which the host did support. So far so good. Uploading again, still lots of errors  .
None of the 4 queries he wrote for me worked. I contacted eosfun again and he promised to fix it. In the meanwhile, I looked into the code myself, and found several solutions myself, mostly errors because of badly written code by eosfun (forgetting quotes, calling wrong API, using the wrong arrays etc etc. So far still pretty good.
Several days later. Still not everything works as it should. I did find the problems in the code, but with my now little more then 0 knowledge of php didnt have a solution to fix them. So I mailed him with the problems in the code. Several days go by, still no response, so I decide to convo him.. "ok will fix this today". Glad that it will finally all get fixed, I move on.
Its now several days later again. Never got a response from eosfun, while in this thread several other people posted feedback, so he seems to be active and has time to do the coding. I finally managed to fix all the code after more then a week of looking into it, and browsing all kind of "learn php" websites. He was right after all, it would take a week, but with very little input from eosfun himself.. Atm I spend 600M into a "learn yourself php course".
Most of the errors where pretty simple, typos, badly editted copy-paste work. They just got there because eosfun did a rushjob. He just wanted to get as much isk as possible in as little time as possible. I guess that usually works well, as long as the code doesnt contain to many errors.
I'm not a satisfied customer. eosfun will probably reply to this feedback, trying to save his business. That's fine, I just hope other potential customers will think twice before hiring this guy. Instead, hire me, I'm now a expert php programmer.
