recently in amarr space I have seen alot of Goons flying about, nothing unsusal in that I hear you say. BUT! these guys have now taken to ganking every thing and any thing that aproches a jump gate on autopilot. Ganking is part of the game no arguments there, but surly if there is no proffit to be made then this sort of ganking must be pure grieving, I lost an empty mammoth and the pilot podded, with the loss of said pilots +4 implants.
If ganking ships at gates is not proffit oriantated then is ant it just greife?
I realy see no point to this sort of game play at all, cant be much fun in it. All it has achived so far is Goons loseing the respect they had from other players because they stand up to BoB.
Now plaese i am not complaining bout the loss of the ship I accept part of the blame for afk autopiloting.
I did how ever return to the spot with an alt and stole some of the loot from the gankers ships : ) actualy made some proffit.

One day you fools will understand the Goons were the true threat but meh. Anyhow empire isnt safe ever and you shouldnt think it is.. you take a chance when you hit that auto button. Goons will be Goons and if you dont understand why they would have fun doing this type of thing I guess you just dont get Goons. Better luck next time.

By posting you encourage them. . . Goons are like many other nuisances, they'll go away if you ignore them but pay them attention, positive or negative, and they'll stick around.

I'm pretty sure the GS leadership doesnt know of the actions of every group of members, there are 2800 members in GoonFleet alone

Auto-pilot in lowsec is begging for a Darwin award. Did you even check your map for pod/kills in the last hour before clicking the pretty A button? Goons were doing you a favor popping you. You should send the killers a thank-you letter and some pie.

If you're not an e-peen stroking alt of some silly goon, you really should thank them. They just taught you a very important lesson, and they even taught it to you when you had nothing more expensive to lose than a set of +4 implants and a cheap indy.

Seems someone doesn't 'get' goonswarm.
Just assume they're out to annoy you and play it from there. Never really had a problem with 'em myself. Also, people flying around lowsec on autopilot do need to die, and I can't be everywhere at once so it's nice to see plenty of others taking up the slack.
